“Hotel centrico, limpio y cómodo. Lo único extraño fue la puertas que dividen los baños y regadera son transparentes y que antes de las 8am aún tenía candado y no pudimos salir . Pero en general son muy atentos y amables, mi estancia fue corta.”

“Highly recommend this place! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The reception helped us in so many ways from things we needed, directions. The bartender even went out of his way to help us with an uber because oddly the app wouldn’t let us order one. The cooks helped us with wifi lol you can tell they all had great communication and didn’t mind helping the customers. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the rooftop view was so nice! It’s within walking distance of shopping, the pyramid is basically the backyard, and the church is just off the block with the best view of the volcano and city.”
